Access to healthcare, a right or a privilege?

I believe access to healthcare is a right to all individuals especially in America and well developed countries. All people have the right to get insurance from an employer, the government, or choice to pay for a private insurance. I mean it is not up to a business or government to deny any individual healthcare. In keeping employees safe there will be less individuals missing days and taking sick leave, therefore flus and viruses or diseases are not passed to others. The government helps give people easy access with the focus of making sure all employers give company insurance or methods of an outside source and giving help to those who need it by Medicaid. As the right for all people healthcare is available to all and insurance is easy to find, people just have the choice to get it or not.
On the other hand I know it is a privilege in foreign countries , underdeveloped countries, and some individuals. Many countries lack the knowledge, skills, equipment, or funding for good or even adequate healthcare to people so it may seem like a privilege when compared to other countries. Some individuals can get private insurance willing to pay anything for the best care and treatment. Others have to be on Medicaid because they have little or no income so it may seem like a privilege. Many individuals want to study medicine, health studies, and nursing so there is never any doubt that healthcare providers and professionals are in need. There is a privilege to individuals in the place where the choose study and practice though.
