To reduce her risk of assault...

In order for women to reduce her risk of assault violently, sexually, emotionally and/or verbally she must be assertive, alert, and prepared. Reducing assault can be in using an assertively confident voice and maintaining good straight body posture all the time and also stating what they want and when they want it. A woman should also be very self confident in all manners to just be a better woman and person. Women can be prepared by staying in control, traveling in groups or with a buddy, carrying a knife or some pepper spray, and taking a self defense class is always a plus for kids and women. Everyone should know how to protect moreover defend themselves and also know methods of keeping calm in an assault. In order to be alert women should always trust their natural instincts, watch for any signs of trouble or abuse, and report suspicious individuals or visitors plus any abuse or harassment. A woman can definitely reduces risk factors by most half of the percent by stilling in control of any new or dangerous situation because getting too scared or emotional never seems to help anything.

Drug addicts to jail or mandatory drug treatment?

I believe it would be best for the addict and people often around them or those they may come in contact with that drug addicts be sent to a mandatory drug treatment. I mean maybe all a person really needs is to talk out their problems, see how it is affecting others, an opportunity to be given help, and/or shown options of how to quit or slowly quit an addiction. If they were just sent in to jail for detox or imprisoned they would have to go at the addiction cold turkey which will only give them seriously bad withdrawals that some people can not handle making them feel the only way to cope is to take more dugs or just want it that more badly when they are released. It is no way to go at fighting a drug addiction unless it is what that person wants or it is absolutely the last resort toward an addiction.

Eating Disorders

A woman that has a friend who’s suspected of having an eating disorder should try and get closer to her friend. Getting to know if she has self-body issues, low self-esteem, trouble with her boyfriend, or weight issues.

If the friend is having trouble with weight by self or others the woman should offer to work out with her, diet with her, and uplift her spirits enough to get her to talk to a professional, her doctor, and a nutritionist. She can even offer to take her to lunches and dinners or offer to let her come over to eat. This is just something friends should do once in awhile anyway.

If the friend is denying the eating disorder but the women can clearly see weight changes or body frame transforms then the woman should seek professional help and look up signs, symptoms and helpful ways of getting closer to her friend in order to help her from endangering herself and ultimately safe her life. This can also include advising the friends family, boyfriend, and other close friends to help get the friend some help and better eating habits. This could sometimes back fire in that people with eating disorders do not like others to know their habits so the woman should really talk with a professional, doctor, or nutrition before confronting her or takling to others.

Future on the brain

Of course thinking of the future or having it on the back of everyone’s mind, people would live very differently.

  • First of all they would think of eating less greasy, fatty, or fast foods. This would cause clearer skin, less to no heart disease, and health problems.
  • All this would help people live longer, healthy, and happy lives.
  • It would possibly have the world happier in a better way.
  • Next more people would have less of a live for today mentality. This would help people to be nicer to one another and thinking about others not only themselves.
  • The thought of giving more chances for other individuals or chances to do more things in a lifetime would come to mind rather than seizing the day.
  • Another advantage would be that more individuals would exercise younger and make it last daily so that it would help health and heart problems later on.
  • More teens would likely have protected sex or continue abstinence. Helping keep teens younger, healthier, and able to live more of a teenage life rather than growing up too fast like today.
  • This also aids in keeping down population rates and having more high school and college graduates.
